How are IdiotSimple software subscriptions priced?

Pricing is $15/user per month billed annually or $20/user per month billed monthly for the first 100 users. The price per user decreases in tiers as team members are added to your subscription. The below chart represents the standard tier based pricing model:

What is the minimum service term?

Service terms are either monthly or annually depending on the billing model selected. Annual billing results in 25% or more discount in subscription costs.

What is an IdiotSimple software user?

An IdiotSimple software user is any user who has been added in the software's user configuration module and can login into IdiotSimple (i.e. an active user).

How are users counted towards billing?

For monthly billing, you will be billed for the total number of active users at the beginning of the period as definited in the User Configuration page. For annual billing, you are billed for the number of users purchased within your subscription. You can configure up to the number of users that have been purchased in your subscription. If you need to exceed the number of users in your subscription, you can add users at any time. Additional users will be billed at the current tier and subscription price at the time of purchase. The subscription will be updated to reflect the total number of users purchased at the time additional users are added.

What payment options are accepted?

Monthly by Credit Card or Annually by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Check.

What is the cancellation policy?

For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. However, prior to canceling please contact us. Let us hear why you want to cancel and see if we can address any concerns you may have.
